Washing Machine Stator Testing System For Home Appliance Industry

Stator of washing machine motor

Insulation resistance, surge, winding resistance, AC Hipot, rotation
3. Function description:
3.1 Built in industrial computer (IPC), Linux operating system, professional control software
3.2 Indicating light: red, green and yellow
3.3 The resistance can be corrected to that under normal temperature when testing the DC winding
resistance.
3.4 The left station and right station works alternatively.
3.5 All items can be selected by the operator
3.6 ≥1000 motor models can be established.
3.7 The parameters range for each type of motor can be entered and saved. The inductance and
resistance test has the function of setting and displaying the unbalanced degree.
3.8 “Continue to test” and “stop the test” can be selected if the stator fails the test. If the stator fails the
winding resistance test, the test will be stopped until testing all the three windings.
3.9 The testing data can be exported via USB interface, including the test parameters.
